About

We are four sisters who love to make delicious food using healthy ingredients. We have all done the HCG diet, which is what really started our love of almond flour and coconut flour. While in Phase 3 of the diet, we started experimenting with non-starch and non-sugar ingredients, and once we were done with the diet, we decided we loved it so much, we stuck with it! So now our diets are (for the most part) refined-sugar-free, and starch-free; and we feel so much better! We have more energy and generally just feel better.

We decided to start a blog to share all our healthy and yummy recipes with others who would like to eat healthier, or who are on special diets (gluten-free, sugar-free, HCG, Paleo, etc.).

The blog will be run mostly by Rebecca and Emily, but sometimes you might see a post from Jessica or Callie. And maybe even our Mom, Sandy!

The Sisters:

Rebecca
I am a mommy of 2 little ones (4 years and 2 years) and I am always trying to make food for them that they will actually like. My 4 year old is super picky, so if I find a recipe he likes, then I know I've found a winner!

Emily
I have 2 older kids (12 years and 15 years). I work a lot, so I love making healthy snacks that I can take with me that also give me energy to get through my day.

Callie
My boyfriend and I are very into health and nutrition. We are always looking for new recipes to try, and we keep up on all the latest news on all things healthy. I love making smoothies that taste good, but have hidden vegetables in them.

Jessica
I am an artist, and a mother of a 6 year old girl and a 15 year old boy. They keep me pretty busy but I still have time to cook dinner every once in a while, and when I do I try to use healthy ingredients that the whole family will love.

Mom
I love being a grandma, and spending time with all my grand kids. I am allergic to a lot of foods, including gluten, so I have to make my food all from scratch to be sure the ingredients are things I can eat.
